Dr. Bothaina ALAnsari

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Buthaina Hassan Al-Ansari is a prominent Qatari leader and academic with a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University. Her expertise spans strategic planning and women’s leadership, with a career focused on advancing women’s roles in leadership positions across the Middle East.

Dr. Al-Ansari has held key positions in human resources and strategic planning, working with organizations such as Ooredoo and Qatar Investment Authority, while also serving as a strategic advisor to Qatar’s Ministry of Culture.

She has received numerous awards for her work, including being named one of the 100 most influential Arab women. In addition to her leadership roles, she is a published author and researcher, with works focusing on Qatar’s economic development, women’s empowerment, and national strategies.

Hamad Al-Meer

Chief Operating Officer

Hamad Al-Meer is a banking professional with over 17 years of experience in service delivery and operations. Currently, he is in private banking at a commercial bank, where he manages high-net-worth client relationships, including those of government officials.

Previously, he served as Branch Manager, driving business growth and ensuring operational compliance. His prior experience at Doha Bank and commercial Bank included roles in branch management and customer relations, focusing on smooth operations and customer service.

Hamad also has experience in risk management and customer. He was responsible for managing private client relationships. His strong background in operations management and service delivery has made him a valuable asset in meeting business goals and enhancing client satisfaction. Today, he continues to leverage his expertise to provide high-quality financial services in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Villy Filippopoulou is a seasoned Business Development Expert with over 17 years of experience in management consulting, civil aviation, and automation solutions. Based in Doha, Qatar, she excels in setting up business legal compliance, managing client relations, and optimizing business processes for efficiency.

She has a strong track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships, as well as leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Villy has extensive experience in collaborating across product, technology, sales, and marketing teams, helping align efforts and drive success. Her expertise in strategic vision and relationship management has been key to her success in delivering impactful business results.

Samir Mekky

Business Development Advisor

Samir Mekky is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years in Qatar’s governmental and private sectors. His career began in 1994 when he joined the Investment Projects Development Unit in the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture’s office. There, he contributed to the development of major projects, including the West Bay Lagoon and Najada Market, playing a crucial role in Qatar’s infrastructure growth. Mekky also supported Qatar’s privatization efforts, helping transfer key government services like automated slaughterhouses and public cleaning to the private sector.

In 2004, Mekky transitioned to the semi-government sector, working with prominent organizations such as Qatar Livestock Trading Company, QDVC, and Just Real Estate Development Company. His work spanned project management, real estate, and infrastructure development, giving him valuable experience across multiple sectors. Mekky’s leadership contributed to the successful execution of significant projects, further enhancing Qatar’s development.

Currently, Samir Mekky focuses on his entrepreneurial ventures in both Doha and Cairo. He manages projects in industries such as mid and high-voltage cables, business services, and facility management. His extensive knowledge and strategic acumen continue to drive the success of his diverse business interests.
